Abstract

Drinking Water “PTAP” of the organization. The main purpose is the development of a biomechanical hazards manual to minimize the risk of injuries and illnesses affecting workers; Within the activities of the manual is to carry out the identification, evaluation and assessment of risk leading to the formulation of intervention strategies such as the implementation of active breaks and training for the prevention of occupational diseases. The methodology used in the systematization is based on the experience proposed by the author Oscar Jara Holliday where he defines 5 important phases, developing in the first phase an initial diagnosis of the current situation of the biomechanical risks that workers are exposed to, in the following In each phase, a perception survey is applied with the respective analysis of the compiled data, subsequently a manual of biomechanical hazards, an active break program and the hazard identification matrix are prepared. Following the results obtained through the implementation of the activities established in the manual, recommendations are determined to strengthen the dynamics that promote self-care.
