Abstract
This thesis aims to partially design the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for Bender Motors, a company engaged in the sale and maintenance of motorcycles. Based on an initial diagnostic and guided by Colombian regulations—Resolution 0312 of 2019, Decree 1072 of 2015, and the Technical Guide GTC-45—occupational risks were identified in the company’s maintenance and sales areas. The research adopted a mixed-method approach with a descriptive scope and was conducted in a microenterprise with six employees, applying only the minimum standards required by law. The findings revealed the absence of a previously implemented SG-SST, creating risk conditions for employees. As part of the partial design, the minimum required documentation was developed, including policy, annual work plan, risk matrix, and training programs. It is concluded that a gradual implementation of an SG-SST tailored to the operational context of small businesses like Bender Motors not only enhances the work environment but also contributes to regulatory compliance, reduces absenteeism, and strengthens business competitiveness.
