Abstract
En la búsqueda de la relación de la carga de trabajo y el riesgo psicosocial en ingenieros que laboran en una empresa de telecomunicaciones en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., se logró determinar la carga laboral en el trabajo, la identificación del riesgo psicosocial y se diseñó un instrumento de evaluación de la carga de trabajo y el riesgo psicosocial para establecer un equilibrio personal y recomendaciones laborales. El enfoque de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, con un alcance transversal correlacional, el diseño es de tipo no experimental, cuantitativo correlacional no probabilístico. El muestreo es no probabilístico de tipo censal donde participó el 100% de los colaboradores del área de telecomunicaciones de la empresa. Se tomó una muestra de los ítems del cuestionario intralaboral de la batería de instrumentos para la evaluación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial donde en la escala de demandas de trabajo obtuvo una confiabilidad alta (alfa de Cronbach = 0.84) y la escala de control sobre el trabajo tuvo una confiabilidad alta (alfa de Cronbach = 0.89), para carga laboral se empleó la guía metodológica para el estudio de cargas y se evidenció que los perfiles analizados presentan sobrecarga laboral donde se requieren entre 1.9 a 4 personas para cumplir con todas las funciones asignadas al cargo. En conclusión, se valida que si existe relación entre la carga laboral y el riesgo psicosocial en esta muestra de ingenieros puesto que se reflejan efectos negativos sobre los mismo y la organización.
In the search for the relationship between workload and psychosocial risk in engineers working in a telecommunications company in the city of Bogotá D.C., it was possible to determine the workload at work, the identification of psychosocial risk and the design of a workload and psychosocial risk assessment instrument to establish a personal balance and work recommendations. The research approach is quantitative, with a cross-sectional correlational scope, the design is non-experimental, quantitative correlational non-probabilistic. The sampling is non-probabilistic of census type where 100% of the collaborators of the telecommunications area of the company participated. A sample was taken from the items of the intra-work questionnaire of the battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors where the scale of work demands obtained a high reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.84) and the scale of control over work had a high reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.89), for workload, the methodological guide for the study of workloads was used and it was found that the profiles analyzed show work overload, requiring between 1.9 and 4 people to perform all the functions assigned to the position. In conclusion, it is validated that there is a relationship between workload and psychosocial risk in this sample of engineers since negative effects are reflected on them and the organization.
