Abstract
En la investigación denominada análisis estratégico sobre la comercialización y elaboración de
salchichas alemanas en el Valle de Aburrá para el año 2022, se abordado el siguiente problema de la
investigación que fue: no hay proceso estratégico sobre la comercialización y elaboración de salchichas
alemanas (mercadeo), sin embargo el siguiente objetivo le da respuesta al problema central que es
analizar el proceso estratégico sobre la comercialización y elaboración de salchichas alemanas en el
Valle de Aburrá para el año 2022, por ende se utilizó como metodología un enfoque tipo mixto donde se
utiliza un proceso que recolección, análisis y que se puede vincular datos cuantitativos y cualitativos; en
su proceso se implementó la elaboración de la matriz EFI la cual pretende identificar los diferentes
factores clave que se encuentran inmersos dentro del proceso entendido como fortalezas y debilidades
de los diferentes métodos funcionales de la investigación, de acuerdo a esto los principales resultados y
hallazgos que dan pie a esta investigación fueron: identificar los elementos de un buen proceso
estratégico de comercialización y elaboración de salchichas alemanas, siendo de gran importancia hacer
más notable este producto, además de diagnosticar el proceso estratégico de comercialización y
elaboración de salchichas alemanas, observando la importancia de conocer los gustos y hábitos
alimenticios para poder mejorar la comercialización y la elaboración de salchichas alemanas y poder
ampliar más el nicho de mercado, además se propone alternativas de mejora para la comercialización y
elaboración de salchichas alemanas.
In the investigation called strategic analysis on the commercialization and elaboration of German sausages in the Aburrá Valley for the year 2022, the following research problem was addressed, which was: there is no strategic process on the commercialization and elaboration of German sausages (marketing). , however, the following objective responds to the central problem that is to analyze the strategic process on the commercialization and production of German sausages in the Aburrá Valley for the year 2022, therefore a mixed type approach was used as a methodology where a process that collects, analyzes, and can link quantitative and qualitative data; In its process, the elaboration of the EFI matrix was implemented, which aims to identify the different key factors that are immersed in the process, understood as strengths and weaknesses of the different functional methods of the investigation, according to this, the main results and findings that give rise to this investigation were: to identify the elements of a good strategic process of commercialization and preparation of German sausages, being of great importance to make this product more notable, in addition to diagnosing the strategic process of commercialization and preparation of German sausages, observing the importance to know the tastes and eating habits to be able to improve the commercialization and the elaboration of German sausages and to be able to further expand the market niche, in addition, improvement alternatives for the commercialization and elaboration of German sausages are proposed.
