Abstract
La sistematización de experiencias es un proceso que permite poner en teoría la práctica y las experiencias de una o varias personas, para así poder ser replicada en otros escenarios. El Colectivo TESOL es un grupo de jóvenes que se dedica a construir con la comunidad del Tirol III en San Cristóbal, por medio de un proceso barrial de intervención que durante años ha generado aprendizajes, errores, aciertos e infinidad de experiencias en su trayecto que puede ser sistematizado para generar y brindar saberes y herramientas a los trabajadores sociales en el abordamiento con las comunidades y en la creación de relaciones de trabajo con las mismas.
Systematizing experiences is a process that allows the practice and experiences of one or more people to be theoretically grounded so they can be replicated in other contexts. The TESOL Collective is a group of young people dedicated to building community within Tirol III in San Cristóbal. Through a neighborhood-based intervention process, this process has generated years of learning, mistakes, successes, and countless experiences along the way. This experience can be systematized to provide social workers with knowledge and tools for working with communities and building collaborative relationships.
