Abstract
Garantizar el bienestar de los trabajadores es el centro de interés de las empresas, por lo cual deben brindar un sistema que los proteja de los diferentes riesgos presentes en el ámbito laboral. Además, a través de la implementación y ejecución de estrategias que promuevan el bienestar laboral, impulsan el nivel de productividad de los trabajadores y la calidad del ambiente proporcionado por las organizaciones. La presente investigación busco diseñar un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo orientado al bienestar integral de los colaboradores, mejorando así la productividad y eficiencia laboral en la empresa Prospective ING S.A.S
Para ello, la revisión de la literatura y de la normatividad de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en Colombia fue fundamental para conocer el contexto y la importancia de la intervención del trabajo social. Asimismo, se realizó un diagnóstico estratégico ya que es una herramienta efectiva que permitió tener una visión previa de la situación actual de la empresa. Este estudio parte desde un enfoque mixto, ya que es una mirada que permite comprender las prácticas actuales sobre seguridad y salud en el trabajo, también facilita conocer la percepción de los colaboradores en cuanto a las acciones realizadas por Prospective ING S.A.S. que garantizan el bienestar integral, seguridad laboral, y capacitaciones sobre riesgos laborales; así como también este tipo de investigación permite la recolección de datos numéricos para medir la productividad y eficiencia laboral.
Es preciso mencionar que los objetivos planteados en esta investigación se cumplieron con éxito. Las estrategias implementadas mejoraron la calidad de los entornos laborales y el bienestar psicosocial de los empleados, lo que promete aumentar la productividad y eficiencia a largo plazo. El plan, en conformidad con la normativa vigente, asegura el cumplimiento legal para proteger al equipo de trabajo. La labor en Gestión Humana ha sido crucial, debido a la organización de la documentación y creando perfiles de cargo acordes a las capacidades y riesgos de cada colaborador. Se destaca la creación del organigrama empresarial donde se definen funciones y manejo el clima laboral. El plan se ejecutará en un año con revisiones mensuales para evidenciar cambios significativos. El proyecto ha sensibilizado sobre la importancia del bienestar físico y emocional, cumpliendo con éxito sus objetivos y con grandes expectativas para el futuro.

To this end, the review of the literature and the regulations for Safety and Health at Work in Colombia was essential to understand the context and importance of social work intervention. Likewise, a strategic diagnosis was carried out since it is an effective tool that allowed a prior vision of the current situation of the company. This study starts from a mixed approach, since it is a look that allows us to understand current practices on safety and health at work, it also facilitates knowing the perception of collaborators regarding the actions carried out by Prospective ING S.A.S. that guarantee comprehensive well-being, occupational safety, and training on occupational risks; As well as this type of research allows the collection of numerical data to measure productivity and work efficiency. It is necessary to mention that the objectives set in this research were successfully met. The strategies implemented improved the quality of work environments and the psychosocial well-being of employees, which promises to increase long-term productivity and efficiency. The plan, in accordance with current regulations, ensures legal compliance to protect the work team. The work in Human Management has been crucial, due to the organization of documentation and creating position profiles in accordance with the capabilities and risks of each collaborator. The creation of the business organization chart where functions are defined and management of the 6 work environment stands out. The plan will be executed in one year with monthly reviews to demonstrate significant changes. The project has raised awareness about the importance of physical and emotional well-being, successfully meeting its objectives and with great expectations for the future.
