Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar cómo la Gestión Administrativa de UNIMINUTO Centro Universitario Bello logra incorporar de manera efectiva las estrategias de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) entre el personal administrativo. La Responsabilidad Social Universitaria, entendida como el compromiso ético y social de la institución, es un elemento clave en la gestión moderna de las organizaciones educativas.
El proyecto se estructurará en torno a diversas actividades de investigación, incluyendo revisión documental, entrevistas, encuestas y análisis de indicadores. Se busca comprender en profundidad cómo se comunican, implementan y perciben las estrategias de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) dentro del ámbito administrativo de la institución.
Las áreas específicas de enfoque incluirán la comunicación interna de las estrategias de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU), la participación y compromiso del personal administrativo en proyectos y actividades relacionadas, así como la identificación de posibles barreras y facilitadores para la efectiva incorporación de estas estrategias.
Este estudio no solo contribuirá al entendimiento de la situación actual en UNIMINUTO Centro Universitario Bello, sino que también propondrá recomendaciones específicas destinadas a mejorar y fortalecer la integración de la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) en la Gestión Administrativa. Se espera que los resultados de esta investigación inspiren prácticas efectivas de responsabilidad social y contribuyan al desarrollo de una cultura organizacional comprometida con valores éticos y sociales.
The general objective of this research project is to analyze how the Administrative Management of UNIMINUTO Centro Universitario Bello manages to effectively incorporate University Social Responsibility (RSU) strategies among the administrative staff. University Social Responsibility, understood as the ethical and social commitment of the institution, is a key element in the modern management of educational organizations. The project will be structured around various research activities, including documentary review, interviews, surveys and analysis of indicators. It seeks to understand in depth how University Social Responsibility (RSU) strategies are communicated, implemented and perceived within the administrative scope of the institution. Specific areas of focus will include internal communication of University Social Responsibility (RSU) strategies, the participation and commitment of administrative staff in related projects and activities, as well as the identification of possible barriers and facilitators for the effective incorporation of these strategies. This study will not only contribute to the understanding of the current situation at UNIMINUTO Centro Universitario Bello, but will also propose specific recommendations aimed at improving and strengthening the integration of University Social Responsibility (RSU) in Administrative Management. The results of this research are expected to inspire effective social responsibility practices and contribute to the development of an organizational culture committed to ethical and social values.
