Abstract
El presente trabajo corresponde a la propuesta de un PLAN DE COMUNICACIONES direccionado a los
trámites y servicios del Municipio de Sabaneta para mejorar la gestión de las PQRSDF de la Secretaría
General y Subdirección de Atención al ciudadano. Un diseño de campañas de difusión tanto internas
como externas, que permita dar a conocer todos los trámites y servicios del Municipio, gestionar la
información de las PQRSDF de la administración municipal.
This work corresponds to the proposal of a COMMUNICATIONS PLAN aimed at the procedures and services of the Municipality of Sabaneta to improve the management of the PQRSDF of the General Secretariat and Subdirectorate of Citizen Services. A design of both internal and external dissemination campaigns, which makes it possible to publicize all the procedures and services of the Municipality, manage the information of the PQRSDF of the municipal administration.
