Abstract
El Estado colombiano favorece la calidad educativa enfocada en la acreditación
docente, recursos educativos y la inspección evaluativa del proceso educativo. La
Constitución Política, en su artículo 67, además de establecer la educación como
un derecho social y cultural y una responsabilidad tanto del Estado como de la
sociedad y la familia, determina que corresponde al Estado inspeccionar y vigilar
la educación con el fin de velar por su calidad. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada
por 54 directivos docentes de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas,
126 docentes de diferentes niveles de enseñanza, 112 padres de familia, 1510
estudiantes universitarios de diferentes instituciones de educación superior, 161
estudiantes de bachillerato y 92 estudiantes de primaria, todos pertenecientes
a diferentes contextos socioculturales y distribuidos en varias regiones del país.

Article 67 of the Political Constitution, in addition to establishing education as a social and cultural right and a responsibility of the State, society and the family, determines that it is the State's responsibility to inspect and monitor education in order to ensure its quality. The study sample consisted of 54 teaching directors from public and private educational institutions, 126 teachers from different levels of education, 112 parents, 1510 university students from different institutions of higher education, 161 high school students, and 92 elementary school students, all belonging to different socio-cultural contexts and distributed in various regions of the country.
