Abstract
Con la incertidumbre que surge debido a los cambios tecnológicos que afectan el actual y futuro mercado laboral causados por la cuarta revolución industrial esta investigación propone un framework conceptual educativo basado en las habilidades que requieren desarrollar los estudiantes de educación media, bajo una doble perspectiva: emprender y emplearse.
Enmarcada en la teoría fundamentada e investigación cualitativa, la siguiente investigación propone tres unidades de análisis: la primera es una revisión de literatura desarrollada a través del estudio categorial aplicando mapas bibliométricos usando el software VOS viewer, la segunda unidad es la teorización y fundamentación de cuatro categorías, y la última es la validación de las habilidades identificadas mediante el análisis lexicométrico de charlas realizadas por expertos usando el software Iramuteq, obteniendo como resultado un marco de macro habilidades distribuido en cuatro dimensiones: personales, sociales, técnicas y
metacognitivas, se espera que con este marco las Instituciones Educativas puedan tomar decisiones en torno a lo curricular orientado al fomento de estas capacidades necesarias para el futuro
With the uncertainty that arises due to the technological changes that affect the current and future labor market caused by the fourth industrial revolution, this research proposes a conceptual educational framework based on the skills that middle school students need to develop under a double perspective: entrepreneurship and employment. Framed in grounded theory and qualitative research, the following research proposes three analysis units: the first is a literature review developed through the categorical study applying bibliometric maps using VOS viewer software, the second unit is the theorization and substantiation of four categories, and the last is the validation of the skills identified through lexicometric analysis of talks conducted by experts using Iramuteq software, resulting in a framework of macro-skills distributed in four dimensions: personal, social, technical and metacognitive, it is expected that with this framework the Educational Institutions can make decisions around the curricular oriented to the promotion of these necessary skills for the future
