El capital humano en las empresas modernas es fundamental ya que estamos en un mundo muy
globalizado, en el cual los cambios tecnológicos son esenciales a la consecución de objetivos
empresariales.
Las organizaciones hoy en día se encargan de brindarles a los colaboradores más
responsabilidades, para que tomen decisiones importantes en la compañía y se tenga en cuenta su
punto de vista, también la manera de ascender y crecer logrando así una plenitud que hace que el
empleado se sienta orgulloso de sí mismo.
Una estrategia muy interesante son los incentivos que ayudan a que la empresa siga posicionada
obteniendo niveles de satisfacción internamente esto conlleva a que los resultados externos llegan
solos.
Tener horarios más flexibles en los cuales se puedan adaptar y cada colaborador siga buscando la
manera de lograr estabilidad tanto personal como laboral.
