Abstract
Teniendo como premisa que el Departamento de Antioquia y sus subregiones han sido altamente afectadas por el conflicto armado colombiano y que desde diferentes organismos se vienen desarrollando iniciativas enfocadas hacia la edificación de territorios de paz , la presente investigación se enfocada en comprender el vínculo que las poblaciones rurales de los municipios del Oriente antioqueño (La Unión y Carmen de Viboral) tienen con la tierra y los procesos de restitución para la construcción de paz; el estudio se desarrolla bajo técnicas de entrevista a profundidad, observación participante y grupos focales. Teniendo como eje metodológico un paradigma histórico hermenéutico, un enfoque cualitativo y el método establecido por la teoría fundamentada; además, se presenta una matriz categorial y un grupo de técnicas para el análisis de la información que permiten un mayor entendimiento y reconocimiento de todos los fenómenos que se presentan entre dicha población rural, sus tierras y la construcción de paz.

Having as a methodological axis a hermeneutical historical paradigm, a qualitative approach and the method established by the grounded theory; In addition, a categorical matrix. and a group of techniques for the analysis of the information are presented that allow a greater understanding and recognition of all the phenomena that occur between said rural population, their lands and the construction of peace.
