    Currently accommodations, especially tourist ones; They remain in constant changes, in order to stay in the market, a question is asked about the management of funds, since due to meeting the needs of the client, a lack of care is generated with respect to accounting and consequently It is not known how much was paid or consumed in providing the service. The purpose of the study in question is to determine the value generated monthly by lodgings, in order to establish their price in the municipality of San Agustín Huila. A deductive and quantitative approach was used, with a methodology that included a research stage, where the sample was used for data collection and analysis, allowing results to be obtained through the interview instrument applied to different tourist accommodations surrounding said municipality.
