Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal Analizar el grado de acoso Psicológico percibido por los trabajadores de una organización de la industria ladrillera, donde su metodología consiste en un estudio de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo con una muestra de 103 empleados. Como resultado principal se obtuvo que el 100% de los trabajadores manifiesta la presencia de violencia psicológica, mientras que su intensidad está reflejada en un 65% y finalmente con un 71% en un nivel medio se presenta dicho acoso psicológico en el trabajo.
The main objective of this research was to analyze the degree of psychological harassment perceived by the workers of an organization of the brick industry, where its methodology consists of a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 103 employees. As a main result, it was obtained that 100% of the workers manifest the presence of psychological violence, while its intensity is reflected in 65% and finally with 71% at an average level, said psychological harassment at work is presented.
