Abstract
Esta investigación analiza la incidencia de la escasez de fisioterapeutas especializados en el diseño y la ejecución de la oferta académica de la empresa Fisioterapia en Movimiento. La falta de profesionales con formación avanzada ha generado obstáculos significativos en la estructura pedagógica de los contenidos y en la capacidad de respuesta frente a casos clínicos de alta complejidad. Esta situación compromete la calidad de los programas, la satisfacción de los participantes y el posicionamiento institucional de la empresa. Mediante un enfoque de investigación descriptivo, se busca: 1. identificar las áreas temáticas con mayor demanda de especialización, 2. caracterizar el perfil profesional del talento humano actual y 3. proponer estrategias para el fortalecimiento del recurso humano. Los resultados de este estudio proporcionarán una base sólida para orientar acciones concretas que mejoren la pertinencia de la oferta académica y consoliden la calidad educativa de la organización.
Abstract This research analyzes the impact of the shortage of specialized physical therapists on the design and implementation of the academic offerings of the company Fisioterapia en Movimiento. The lack of professionals with advanced training has created significant obstacles in the pedagogical structure of the content and in the capacity to respond to highly complex clinical cases. This situation compromises the quality of the programs, participant satisfaction, and the company's institutional positioning. Using a descriptive research approach, the study seeks to: 1. identify the thematic areas with the greatest demand for specialization, 2. characterize the professional profile of current human talent, and 3. propose strategies for strengthening human resources. The results of this study will provide a solid basis for guiding concrete actions that improve the relevance of the academic offerings and consolidate the organization's educational quality

Analizar la incidencia de la falta de fisioterapeutas especializados en el desarrollo y ejecución de los programas y cursos de la empresa Fisioterapia en Movimiento, con el fin de proponer estrategias que optimicen la gestión del recurso humano y fortalezcan la calidad de la oferta académica.
