Abstract
Elaboración de una estrategia de empoderamiento en talento humano mediante la observación, interacción y la aplicación de una encuesta con el personal que labora en el establecimiento educativo “Campestre Semillitas Del Futuro”, se detectó falta de un programa en talento humano que permitiera irradiar una imagen positiva en cuanto a competividad, estabilidad emocional, laboral y de motivación por parte de los directivos. Teniendo en cuenta esas falencias se organizó el endomarketing siendo socializado y aplicándose en la medida posible las etapas del proceso.
