Abstract
El trabajo de grado detalla el impacto de la vinculación de la familia en el proceso de interiorización en las normas y límites de los niños y niñas del Hogar Infantil Bambinos, partiendo de que el entorno familiar influye decisivamente en el desarrollo integral de la infancia. Se recopilo información mediante entrevistas estructuradas, árbol situacional, la foto narrativa, técnica interactiva niños y niñas lo que permitió identificar las estrategias utilizadas por las familias para establecer normas y límites fortalecer la comunicación asertiva entre sus miembros.
El estudio se fundamentó en teorías del desarrollo humano y la socialización, integrando los aportes de Bronfenbrenner, Bandura y Bowlby, lo cual facilitó comprender cómo la coherencia en la aplicación de límites y la creación de rutinas estructuradas incidían en la consolidación de comportamientos adecuados en los niños y niñas. Se evidenciaron prácticas orientadas a la formación de hábitos y al fortalecimiento de vínculos afectivos, la consistencia de la implementación de normas afectaba la efectividad del proceso educativo y emocional. Así mismo, se detectó la necesidad de incorporar estrategias que promovieran una mayor participación de los adultos y la búsqueda de apoyo externo especializado, elementos que permitieron identificar áreas de mejora y desarrollar una propuesta de intervención integral. Esta intervención se diseñó a partir de un enfoque cualitativo que combinó talleres, asesorías y actividades participativas, orientadas a potenciar habilidades comunicativas, el manejo emocional y la aplicación coherente de límites, generando un ambiente propicio para el desarrollo psicosocial de los niños y niñas.
The degree project details the impact of family bonding on the process of internalization in the rules and limits of the children of the Bambinos Children's Home, based on the fact that the family environment has a decisive influence on the integral development of childhood. Information was collected through structured interviews, situational tree, narrative photo, interactive technique for children, which allowed identifying the strategies used by families to establish norms and limits and strengthen assertive communication among their members. The study was based on theories of human development and socialization, integrating the contributions of Bronfenbrenner, Bandura and Bowlby, which facilitated understanding how coherence in the application of limits and the creation of structured routines had an impact on the consolidation of appropriate behaviors in children. Practices aimed at the formation of habits and the strengthening of affective bonds were evidenced, the consistency of the implementation of norms affected the effectiveness of the educational and emotional process. Likewise, the need to incorporate strategies that promote greater participation of adults and the search for specialized external support was detected, elements that made it possible to identify areas for improvement and develop a comprehensive intervention proposal. This intervention was designed from a qualitative approach that combined workshops, counseling and participatory activities, aimed at enhancing communication skills, emotional management and the coherent application of limits, generating an environment conducive to the psychosocial development of children.
