dc.description.abstractLa siguiente monografía titulada “Trabajo social intercultural: una mirada crítica desde las organizaciones gremiales en América Latina” surgió a partir de establecer la importancia que tiene el trabajador social dentro de su rol de mediar, prestar su servicio a la comunidad y la sensibilidad de enfocarse en los campos donde se ejerce la manifestación cultural, la expresión artística, entre otros, lo anterior realizado a través de una revisión documental, de manera que se implementa la forma de recolectar información, porque recoge conceptos para después interpretar; es por eso que tiene un enfoque cualitativo y un paradigma interpretativo, ya que es reflexivo y además está bajo una mirada crítica. Se configuró desde las fases de la investigación, la búsqueda y recolección de información, análisis, diseño de la investigación, identificación de la población u objeto de estudio, selección de las categorías de investigación. Las herramientas que se emplearon fueron de corte cualitativo que van desde la recolección e interpretación de la información dadas a través de la revisión documental e instrumentos para determinar el objeto de estudio y su problema como por ejemplo el árbol de problemas, donde surgieron las causas y los efectos de lo determinado y planteado, además de que, se creó un mapa conceptual para relacionar las categorías. Así como recolección de información con formato de fichas de lectura y bibliográfica. En el desarrollo de esta monografía se contemplan tres aspectos de reflexión: la noción de intervención profesional, los elementos constitutivos de intervención profesional y finalmente, los conceptos asociados a la intervención social. Por esto es que a partir de la mirada al trabajo social, se pudieron analizar las funciones y el rol que éste cumple en determinados contextos, su accionar, que desde una perspectiva crítica de la profesión, se puede dar configuraciones de lo intercultural como una postura tanto desde las asociaciones profesionales como de las organizaciones gremiales.
dc.description.abstractThe following monograph entitled "Intercultural social work: a critical look from union organizations in Latin America" emerged from the place to establish the importance of the social worker within his role of mediating, providing service to the community and the sensitivity of focus on the camps where the cultural manifestation, the artistic expression, among others, the previous realization has been carried out through a documentary review, so that the form of information collection is implemented, so that the concept to interpret is compiled; that is why it has a qualitative approach and an interpretive paradigm, since it is reflective and is also under a critical gaze. The research phases are configured: the search and collection of information, analysis, research design, identification of the population or object of study, selection of research categories. The tools that were used were qualitative, ranging from the collection and interpretation of the information given through documentary review and instruments to determine the object of study and its problem, such as the problem tree, where the causes and consequences arose. the effects of the determined and planted, in addition to that, a conceptual map was drawn up to relate the categories. As well as compilation of information in the form of reading and bibliographic cards. In the development of this monograph, three aspects of reflection are contemplated: the notion of professional intervention, the constitutive elements of professional intervention and finally, the concepts associated with social intervention. Therefore from looking at social work, it is possible to analyze the functions and the role that it fulfills in certain contexts, its actions, which from a critical perspective of the profession, can give configurations of the intercultural as a posture both from professional associations and trade union organizations.
