Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar e identificar estrategias innovadoras para la gestión comercial y administrativa sostenible de la empresa OPERTRANS RDS SAS de Santa Marta. La empresa, dedicada a la prestación de servicios en el sector de transporte y logística, enfrenta el reto de adaptarse a un entorno empresarial dinámico y cada vez más competitivo, al mismo tiempo que debe promover la sostenibilidad en sus operaciones. Para ello, se propone una serie de estrategias que combinan la innovación tecnológica, la optimización de procesos administrativos y la implementación de prácticas responsables con el medio ambiente y la comunidad.
Las estrategias innovadoras para la gestión comercial y administrativa sostenible de la empresa OPERTRANS RDS SAS deben estar orientadas hacia la implementación de tecnologías que mejoren la eficiencia, la personalización y la competitividad en el mercado, mientras que también deben garantizar prácticas sostenibles que respeten tanto al medio ambiente como a las comunidades. La combinación de innovación tecnológica, gestión eficiente de recursos humanos y la sostenibilidad de los procesos permitirá a la empresa no solo crecer de manera económica, sino también mantener un impacto positivo en su entorno social y ambiental.
The objective of this work is to analyze and identify innovative strategies for the sustainable commercial and administrative management of the company OPERTRANS RDS SAS of Santa Marta. The company, dedicated to providing services in the transportation and logistics sector, faces the challenge of adapting to a dynamic and increasingly competitive business environment, while at the same time it must promote sustainability in its operations. To this end, a series of strategies are proposed that combine technological innovation, the optimization of administrative processes and the implementation of responsible practices with the environment and the community. The innovative strategies for the sustainable commercial and administrative management of the company OPERTRANS RDS SAS must be oriented towards the implementation of technologies that improve efficiency, customization and competitiveness in the market, while they must also guarantee sustainable practices that respect both the environment as well as communities.
