Abstract
Investigación de trabajo de grado, como oportunidad de analizar las consecuencias de la
violencia originada por el conflicto armado en el Municipio de Tibú aplicada a una población de
trabajadores de un hospital ubicado en medio de una base militar en el trayecto que lleva a cada
uno de ellos desde la base de trabajo hacia su casa y viceversa; en medio de este contexto social
del Catatumbo en el año 2025 y sumado al abandono del gobierno nacional por los rigores socio
políticos y la división de grupos al margen de la Ley, y, la presión mediática de una guerra que
cumple más de 50 años en el País, que para la actualidad y a nivel general se ha visto inmersa en
desplazamientos forzosos, masacres, muertes de colectivos, en este sentido la población
trabajadora enfrenta con consecuencias a nivel psicológico y que afectan directamente el entorno
laboral acrecentado los altos niveles de estrés, alta carga mental, poco bienestar social y
demandas de la labor que minimizan el rendimiento en función de las actividades laborales y
todo lo que se sobreviene por origen o con ocasión de sus funciones cotidianas.
This research project, which was presented as an opportunity to analyze the consequences of the violence caused by the armed conflict in the Municipality of Tibú, applied to a population of hospital workers located in the middle of a military base on the commute that takes each of them from their work base to their homes and back. This is the social context of Catatumbo in the year 2025, coupled with the abandonment of the national government due to the sociopolitical rigors and the division of groups outside the law, and the media pressure of a war that has lasted more than 50 years in the country. Currently, and at a general level, this war has been immersed in forced displacements, massacres, and deaths of groups of the population. In this sense, the working population faces psychological consequences that directly affect the work environment, exacerbated by high levels of stress, a heavy mental load, poor social well-being, and work demands that minimize performance based on work activities and everything that arises due to or in connection with their daily duties.

Analizar el riesgo psicosocial asociado a la violencia originada por el conflicto armado
y su impacto en la salud mental y el bienestar, proponiendo estrategias de mejora en la gestión
de riesgos psicosociales en funcionarios de Serintsa, que laboran en el Centro de Atención
Básica de Ecopetrol (CABE) en el municipio de Tibú, Norte de Santander en el transcurso del
año 2025.
