Abstract
¿Cuántas veces las personas que lideran procesos u Organizaciones están sometidos a la posible irregularidad en las incapacidades de las empresas? Esto puede ser una práctica común, pero por la forma en que se presenta, puede pasar desapercibido y al final no tiene mayor importancia para el empleador, pues se piensa que todo terminó en una incapacidad y un ausentismo laboral, la mayoría de las veces por enfermedad general y otras quizá por enfermedad
laboral, ¿quizá alguna vez se ha pensado en hacer control de las incapacidades tanto con sus diagnósticos como desde el profesional que atiende las urgencias? Quizá sí, pero desde el área del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, dependiendo de la empresa, se puede tomar por encima, solamente teniendo un indicador y dejándolo pasar y tal vez hay otras compañías que son las “Grandes empresas” y estas si van más allá, pero, ¿en algún momento se
les ha pasado por la mente que quizá allí también allá alguna irregularidad?, Así que de esta forma y pensando en la ayuda de las empresas sea cual sea su categoría en infra estructura, se planea un método fácil y dinámico de poder hace el respectivo control de las incapacidades que son llevadas a las empresas en donde se pueda dar el conocimiento al líder o encargado empresarial de saber cuándo quizá haya una posible alteración en los certificados de incapacidad, se dará la ayuda logística para que como encargados de empresas se pueda blindar ante estas circunstancias.
