Abstract
The present research with a comprehensive approach and phenomenological method seeks to understand the manifestations of violence in the dating stage (physical, psychological and sexual) committed and suffered by the collaborators of the financial entity Banco Caja Social. An in-depth interview with their respective informed consent was conducted with the two participants, aged between 22 and 24 years. A brief contextualization of the respective definitions is carried out, such as: Physical violence refers to acts or actions such as hitting, pushing and/or slapping. Sexual violence is exerted through physical or psychological pressure that imposes unwanted sexual relations through coercion, intimidation or defenselessness, and psychological violence refers to acts or actions such as hitting, pushing and/or slapping. characterized by the use of shouting, threats of harm, social and physical isolation. (Olvera etla, 2012, p. 7) On the other hand, violence has different areas in which it develops and violent acts are triggered; it is usually the product of jealousy, substance intake, stress or disagreements in time management, among others. The meaning of alarming fits into this research since despite being a small sample, violent scenes are identified in different relationships and we can support this with the statistics provided by the INE through its investigation, resulting in 51.9% of young women have experienced violence at some point in their relationship, thus agreeing with the high tendency toward aggression that romantic relationships currently suffer.
