Abstract
La industria del calzado en Bucaramanga es una parte integral de la economía local y nacional, aporta en su totalidad el 38 % de Producto interno bruto -PIB para la ciudad, contribuye al desarrollo, empleo, crecimiento y bienestar para más de nueve mil familias que viven de la industria del calzado en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, pero enfrentan una serie de desafíos que deben abordarse para garantizar su sostenibilidad y crecimiento a largo plazo, relacionados con Competencia internacional, Costos y eficiencia de producción, comercialización, normativas, regulaciones y créditos y deficiencia en Innovación y tecnología, sin embargo se desconoce el tipo de innovación que tiene mayor efecto en la sostenibilidad de las empresas antes y después de pandemia.
Esta investigación tiene por objeto Analizar el efecto de la Innovación en la Sostenibilidad de las MiPymes del Sector del Calzado de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, en el que se caracterizaron los tipos de Innovación (Producto, Proceso, Mercado, Aspectos Organizacionales y Tecnología) que pudieron tener efecto en la Sostenibilidad (Económica, Social y Ambiental). El diseño metodológico fue mixto, no experimental, transversal. El alcance de la investigación fue correlacional, para definir el grado de relación entre la variable independiente “Innovación y la variable dependiente “Sostenibilidad”. El estudio estadístico se realizó tomando una muestra aleatoria de la Población Finita de las Empresas tanto formales activas económicamente como las informales del sector, empleando una muestra de 55 empresas en total, se aplicó una encuesta validada con una fiabilidad del 0,94 en Alfa de Crombach.
The Footwear Sector for the city of Bucaramanga has an impact on the growth rate, however the type of innovation that has the greatest effect on the sustainability of companies before and after the pandemic is unknown. This research aims to analyze the effect of Innovation on the Sustainability of MSMEs in the Footwear Sector of the city of Bucaramanga, therefore, the types of Innovation (Product, Process, Market, Organizational Aspects and Technology) that It could have an effect on Sustainability (Economic, Social and Environmental). The methodological design was mixed, non experimental, transversal and correlational. The scope of the research was correlational, to define the degree of relationship between the independent variable “Innovation” and the dependent variable “Sustainability”. The statistical study was carried out by taking a random sample of the Finite Population of economically active formal Companies and including in this sample the incidence of the informal sector, which is 54%, using a sample of 55 Companies that applied a validated survey with a reliability of 0.94 in Alpha with Branch; This information was tabulated and coded in the IBM SPSS statistical software defining the Spemann Correlation index. The results demonstrated a degree of positive classification between moderate and strong, which indicates that there is a relationship between Innovation and Sustainability of MSMEs in the footwear sector before and after the pandemic.
