Abstract
Este estudio se centra en analizar las prácticas actuales de GC en Comfaboy, identificando fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de mejora. A través de una revisión de la literatura, entrevistas y encuestas, se busca comprender cómo se captura, almacena, comparte y utiliza el conocimiento dentro de la organización. Los resultados de esta investigación proporcionarán una línea base para la implementación de estrategias que permitan a Comfaboy aprovechar al máximo su capital intelectual. Se exploró las prácticas de gestión del conocimiento en la Caja de Compensación Familiar de Boyacá. A través de una combinación de revisión documental, entrevistas y encuestas, se identificó que, aunque Comfaboy cuenta con algunas iniciativas de GC, no existe una política formal ni una plataforma unificada para gestionar el conocimiento. Los resultados revelaron que los colaboradores valoran la importancia de la GC y reconocen la necesidad de mejorar las prácticas actuales. Se identificaron oportunidades para fortalecer la cultura de colaboración, mejorar la accesibilidad a la información y desarrollar una plataforma tecnológica más intuitiva.
This study focuses on analyzing current KM practices at Comfaboy, identifying strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Through a literature review, interviews and surveys, we seek to understand how knowledge is captured, stored, shared and used within the organization. The results of this research will provide a baseline for the implementation of strategies that allow Comfaboy to make the most of its intellectual capital. Knowledge management practices were explored in the Boyacá Family Compensation Fund. Through a combination of documentary review, interviews and surveys, it was identified that, although Comfaboy has some KM initiatives, there is no formal policy or unified platform to manage knowledge. The results revealed that employees value the importance of KM and recognize the need to improve current practices. Opportunities were identified to strengthen the culture of collaboration, improve accessibility to information and develop a more intuitive technological platform. As recommendations, the development of a KM policy, the implementation of a collaborative platform, the promotion of a culture of continuous learning and the creation of communities of practice are proposed. These actions will allow Comfaboy to optimize its knowledge management, improve decision making and strengthen its competitive position
