Abstract
Este trabajo diseñó una guía de buenas prácticas para la prevención del impacto ambiental y el control de riesgos asociados al uso de agroquímicos en el cultivo de banano bocadillo en la finca Doña Luz, ubicada en La Paz, Santander. Se identificaron riesgos ambientales y laborales mediante técnicas como observación indirecta, encuestas y entrevistas. Se evidenció una exposición significativa a factores físicos, químicos, biológicos y ergonómicos. Se propusieron estrategias de mitigación basadas en el manejo integrado de plagas, almacenamiento seguro y uso adecuado de elementos de protección personal. Las conclusiones resaltan la necesidad de capacitación continua y prácticas sostenibles para proteger la salud de los trabajadores y preservar el entorno.
This work designed a guide of good practices for the prevention of environmental impact and the control of risks associated with the use of agrochemicals in the cultivation of sandwich bananas on the Doña Luz farm, located in La Paz, Santander. Environmental and occupational risks were identified through techniques such as indirect observation, surveys and interviews. Significant exposure to physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic factors was evident. Mitigation strategies were proposed based on integrated pest management, safe storage and adequate use of personal protection elements. The conclusions highlight the need for continuous training and sustainable practices to protect the health of workers and preserve the environment.
