Abstract
En este proyecto de investigación, se realizó una descripción de las variables que determinan la Caracterización sobre la Sostenibilidad Financiera de las tiendas de barrio en la comuna 9 de la ciudad de Neiva- departamento Huila, por tanto, hizo referencia a ¿qué tan sostenibles financieramente son las tiendas de barrio de la comuna 9? Esta incógnita fue objeto principal para la investigación, conviene subrayar que en el momento de tabulación y análisis de la misma, se utilizó a través de la metodología de estudio la cual fue transversal, es decir se realizó una sola medición durante el transcurso de la etapa de recolección de datos el cual fue prospectivo, siendo recolectada por medio de una encuesta donde las preguntas fueron enfocadas a las diferentes variables, teniendo en cuenta, que el resultado investigativo nos podría determinar qué tan sostenible financieramente estaban los tenderos de esta comuna 9, pese a los factores de riesgos internos y externos a los cuales hicieron connotación para algunas de sus respuestas. En pocas palabras fue posible evidenciar que las tiendas de barrio son una canal de distribución importante en el comercio de Neiva, pues estas han posicionado el producto que venden en el lugar que consideran más adecuado frente a la competencia, como son las grandes superficies. En efecto, los tenderos de la comuna 9 han tenido una actividad económica rentable y sostenible en el tiempo, de acuerdo a la investigación han manejado sus finanzas y sus inventarios de manera organizada y planificada, estos índices han contribuido de manera significativa importantes ya que han permitido una sostenibilidad financiera en sus negocios.
This research project, a description was made regarding the management of the finances of the neighborhood shopkeepers in the commune 9 of the city of Neiva-Huila department, therefore it made reference to how financially sustainable are the neighborhood stores of commune 9? This unknown was the main object of the research, it should be emphasized that at the time of tabulation and analysis, it was used through the study methodology which was crosssectional, that is, a single measurement was made during the course of the stage of data collection which was prospective, being collected by means of a survey where the questions were focused on the different variables, bearing in mind that the research result could determine how financially sustainable the shopkeepers of this commune 9 were, despite to the internal and external risk factors to which they connoted for some of their responses. In a few words, it was possible to show that neighborhood stores are an important distribution channel in Neiva's commerce, since they have positioned the product they sell in the place they consider most appropriate in the face of competition, such as department stores. In effect, the shopkeepers of commune 9 have had a profitable and sustainable economic activity over time, according to the investigation they have managed their finances and their inventories in an organized and planned manner, these indexes have contributed significantly important since they have allowed financial sustainability in their businesses.
