Abstract
Over the years, technological barriers have become evident in the educational field, both in the economic and training components. This demands a constant preparation of teachers to implement teaching-learning strategies and work with ICT for the development of basic skills and abilities through remote education. In other words, digital literacy was the alternative proposal for sustaining education; however, this emergency situation made it evident that both students and teachers, despite being in a technological world, had problems in the use of technological tools or educational platforms. Considering the above, in order to analyze the concept of "digital literacy", this research focused on students, teachers, managers and parents of higher, middle and elementary education.
