Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es elaborar un plan de negocios para una empresa de café especial santandereano dirigida al sector empresarial. Se realiza un análisis de mercado para comprender la demanda y se identifican elementos clave para el éxito en la producción y venta. Se desarrollan estrategias de marca y comercialización para posicionar el café a nivel nacional, involucrando a caficultores santandereanos comprometidos con la sostenibilidad ambiental. Se elabora un plan financiero para evaluar la sostenibilidad y rentabilidad. Se basa en teorías de producción y venta de café especial, análisis de mercado y planificación financiera. Se emplean investigaciones de mercado, encuestas y análisis de datos, con enfoques cuantitativos y cualitativos para evaluar la viabilidad económica.
The objective of the research is to develop a business plan for a Santander specialty coffee company aimed at the business sector. A market analysis is carried out to understand the demand and key elements for success in production and sales are identified. Branding and marketing strategies are developed to position the coffee at the national level, involving Santander coffee growers committed to environmental sustainability. Market research, surveys, and data analysis are used, with quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluate economic viability.
