Abstract
La sistematización “Implementación de estrategias pedagógicas para la motricidad fina en niños y niñas de 4 años en el CDI Los Chaticos de Zapatoca” tuvo como objetivo fortalecer la motricidad fina mediante actividades específicas. Se realizó observación sistemática y lista de cotejo para identificar habilidades y dificultades en técnicas como agarre del lápiz, recortado y moldeado. Se detectaron limitaciones en las estrategias rutinarias del CDI, como falta de variedad y adaptación, que causaban desmotivación y dificultades emocionales. Para mejorar, se implementaron 10 actividades pedagógicas diversificadas basadas en técnicas como rasgado, punzado y pintura, con registros fotográficos y diarios de campo. Los resultados mostraron avances significativos en motricidad, mayor motivación y la necesidad de apoyo emocional en algunos niños. Se concluyó que actividades adaptadas, variadas y progresivas son esenciales para el desarrollo integral en la primera infancia.
The systematization titled “Implementation of pedagogical strategies for fine motor skills in 4-year-old boys and girls at the Los Chaticos Child Development Center (CDI) in Zapatoca” aimed to strengthen fine motor skills through specific activities. Systematic observation and a checklist were conducted to identify abilities and difficulties in techniques such as pencil grip, cutting, and modeling. Limitations were found in the CDI’s routine strategies, including lack of variety and adaptation, which caused demotivation and emotional difficulties. To improve, 10 diversified pedagogical activities based on techniques like tearing, punching, and painting were implemented, supported by photographic records and field journals. Results showed significant progress in fine motor skills, increased motivation, and the need for emotional support in some children. It was concluded that adapted, varied, and progressive activities are essential for comprehensive development in early childhood.
