Abstract
Es muy importante tener en cuenta las conductas de las y los estudiantes en el aula de clase, la cual esto viene desde la casa junto con los valores y la educación por parte de los padres de familia o cuidadores. Además, sabemos que la formación de las y los estudiantes está en dos partes diferentes, donde cada uno tiene una función relevante en su proceso personal y académico. Adicionalmente, la importancia de la disciplina escolar trae desventajas donde se ven afectados en su formación académica y en el ámbito personal.
Nosotros como docentes en formación queremos brindar un apoyo por medio de este proyecto el cual nos permite promover las acciones necesarias para disminuir las conductas agresivas de las y los estudiantes y, para ello, reunir a los padres de familia para proponer una mejor educación con valores integrales humanos hacia sus hijos o hijas. De igual forma, nuestra propuesta está enfocada para el grado segundo donde estas conductas se observan un poco más agresivas o temperamentales cuyo inicio viene desde la familia.
Se desea promover en los educandos los valores integrales humanos en el aula de clase por parte de la metodología de esta propuesta que se basa en el enfoque mixto para la población educativa en el Colegio Sagrado Corazón en el grado segundo.
It is very important to take into account the behavior of students in the classroom, in which this comes from home along with the values and education from parents or caregivers. Furthermore, we know that the training of students is in two different parts, which each one has a relevant function in their personal process as an academic. Now, the importance of school discipline brings disadvantages for students in which they are affected in their academic training and in the personal sphere. We, as teachers in training, want to provide support through this project which allows us to carry out the necessary actions to reduce the aggressive behavior of students and to do so, bring together parents to propose a better education with comprehensive human values towards their sons or daughters. Likewise, our project is based on third grade where these behaviors are observed to be a little more aggressive or temperamental, the beginning of which comes from the family. It wishes to promote integral human values in the students in the classroom through the methodology of this proposal, which is based on the mixed approach for the educational population at the Sacred Heart School in the second grade.
