Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las líneas y tendencias del administrador de empresas a nivel local y nacional de los egresados del programa de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios Subsede Buga durante el período comprendido entre 2018 y 2021.
La metodología utilizada fue con enfoque cuantitativo, estudio de tipo descriptivo y el empleo de la encuesta como técnica de recolección de la información, mediante la construcción de un cuestionario estructurado a egresados de Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios Subsede Buga.
Los resultados más relevantes fueron que al llevarse a cabo el desarrollo de la encuesta, se identifica poca participación y respuesta de los egresados al proceso investigativo, lo cual genera un margen de error muy alto en la investigación, teniendo en cuenta que solo participa en el proceso el 8% de la muestra inicialmente determinada, Asimismo, los encuestados manifestaron que las habilidades que debería apropiar el programa profesional de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Universitaria Uniminuto de Dios Subsede Buga, para dar solución a los problemas de la región es enfocarse en fortalecer el emprendimiento y la gestión de pequeñas empresas.
Se concluyó que el programa necesita establecer estrategias que promuevan el sentido de pertenencia de egresados con la institución y teniendo en cuenta el sector económico y las áreas funcionales que desempeñan los egresados actualmente, se considera que las necesidades empresariales y la organización de la comunidad es un punto a favor que favorece a la eficiencia de la empresa laborada, por ende, la Corporación Universitaria Uniminuto de Dios Subsede Buga, está posicionada como centro de referencia en la formación de profesionales líderes, fundamentados en la ética y la responsabilidad social.

It was concluded that the program needs to establish strategies that promote the sense of belonging of graduates with the institution and taking into account the economic sector and the functional areas that graduates currently perform, it is considered that the business needs and the organization of the community is a point in favor that favors the efficiency of the company worked, therefore, the Uniminuto University Corporation of God Subheadquarters Buga, is positioned as a reference center in the training of professional leaders, based on ethics and social responsibility.
