Abstract
El estudio de factibilidad es clave para mitigar riesgos y garantizar el éxito del negocio, y se divide en varias etapas que incluyen un estudio de mercado, un estudio técnico, y un estudio financiero. El objetivo de la investigación es realizar un estudio de factibilidad financiera para el montaje y puesta en marcha de un restaurante orientado a la venta y promoción de productos ahumados. Esta investigación presento un alcance descriptivo, con enfoque mixto y una población infinita y el instrumento utilizado que fue el análisis documental, la investigación muestra proyecciones positivas con un crecimiento anual del 5% en ventas y un aumento constante en la utilidad neta. Los indicadores financieros reflejan solidez en liquidez y endeudamiento, asegurando capacidad para cubrir obligaciones. La investigación confirma la factibilidad financiera de un restaurante de productos ahumados, con un crecimiento anual en ventas y una utilidad neta en aumento. Los indicadores financieros muestran solidez y capacidad para cubrir obligaciones. Finalmente, esta investigación concluye que el estudio determino´ la factibilidad financiera para el montaje y puesta en marcha de un restaurante orientado a la venta y promoción de productos ahumados. Las proyecciones muestran un crecimiento y un aumento constante de la utilidad neta, asegurando rentabilidad. Los indicadores de liquidez y endeudamiento reflejan una sólida capacidad para cubrir obligaciones y una gestión financiera equilibrada.
The feasibility study is key to mitigate risks and ensure the success of the business and is divided into several stages that include a market study, a technical study, and a financial study. The objective of the research is to conduct a financial feasibility study for the assembly and start up of a restaurant oriented to the sale and promotion of smoked products. This research presented a descriptive scope, with a mixed approach and an infinite population and the instrument used was the documentary analysis, the research shows positive projections with an annual growth of 5% in sales and a steady increase in net profit. The financial indicators reflect solidity in liquidity and indebtedness, assuring capacity to cover obligations. The research confirms the financial feasibility of a smoked products restaurant, with an annual growth in sales and an increasing net profit. The financial indicators show solidity and capacity to cover obligations. Finally, this research concludes that the study determined the financial feasibility for the assembly and start-up of a restaurant oriented to the sale and promotion of smoked products.
