Abstract
La presente sistematización parte de la pregunta: ¿Cómo las investigaciones realizadas entre 2017 y 2025 por la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios en el barrio 13 de Noviembre han contribuido a tejer un territorio de cuidado liderado por mujeres? Su propósito es comprender la incidencia de los procesos investigativos en el desarrollo comunitario y en la consolidación de prácticas territoriales basadas en el cuidado. Para responder a la pregunta de sistematización, se implementaron técnicas cualitativas como el análisis documental, entrevistas semiestructuradas y encuentros de saberes, las cuales permitieron reconstruir el recorrido investigativo, recuperar aprendizajes y experiencias significativas, e identificar los retos emergentes a lo largo de los años y del proceso.
La reconstrucción histórica posibilitó visualizar de manera integral el camino recorrido a lo largo de los años y las distintas investigaciones que se desarrollaron en el Barrio; es así como se reconocen aportes relevantes que marcaron la construcción de un territorio de cuidado. Dentro de este proceso se destaca la implementación de puntos de acceso a internet y de una plataforma digital diseñada para fortalecer conexiones, ampliar conocimientos y promover redes de apoyo. Estos procesos demandaron acciones de autogestión por parte de las lideresas y de la comunidad, quienes asumieron un rol fundamental en la sostenibilidad de los proyectos e investigaciones desarrolladas. Asimismo, se resalta la creación del Club de Tejido, concebido como un espacio simbólico de encuentro entre mujeres en torno a las prácticas cuidadoras, la expansión de saberes y la resignificación de términos, en relación con el cuidado, TIC y desarrollo territorial, lo que orienta el hecho de hablar de construcción de un territorio de cuidado basado en el tejido de saberes y de conocimientos que a lo largo de los años se han consolidado en pro del desarrollo territorial.
El proceso de sistematización permitió evidenciar la articulación entre las investigaciones, lo que configura una red de conocimientos que, simbólicamente, se ha ido tejiendo para fortalecer el territorio. Durante estos años, la participación femenina se convirtió en un eje central, no solo como receptoras de saberes, sino también como productoras y replicadoras de conocimiento en doble vía representando los saberes de la institución hacia la comunidad y desde la comunidad hacia la institución.
Las iniciativas institucionales han contribuido al desarrollo de un territorio de cuidado liderado por mujeres en pro de la construcción de tejido social. Estas iniciativas institucionales enmarcan espacios de participación, de escucha y reflexión, donde las mujeres pueden hablar de sus experiencias, vivencias y anécdotas de manera libre, sin miedo a ser juzgadas, lo que fomenta la construcción de lazos y vínculos que perduran en el tiempo y nos permiten decir que, desde el club de tejido y las investigaciones institucionales tejemos comunidad.
The present systematization is based on the question: How have the research projects carried out between 2017 and 2025 by University Corporation Minuto de Dios in the 13 de November neighborhood contributed to weaving a care-based territory led by women? Its purpose is to understand the impact of these research processes on community development and the consolidation of territorial practices grounded in care. To answer the systematization question, qualitative techniques such as document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and knowledge-sharing encounters were implemented. These allowed for the reconstruction of the research trajectory, the recovery of significant learnings and experiences, and the identification of emerging challenges throughout the years and the process. The historical reconstruction made it possible to visualize, in an integral manner, the path traveled over the years and the various research projects developed in the neighborhood. Through this process, relevant contributions that shaped the construction of a care-based territory were identified. Notably, the implementation of internet access points and a digital platform designed to strengthen connections, expand knowledge, and promote support networks. These initiatives required self-management efforts by the women leaders and the community, who played a fundamental role in sustaining the projects and research carried out. Likewise, the creation of the Knitting Club is highlighted as a symbolic space for women to gather around caring practices, the exchange of knowledge, and the re-signification of concepts related to care, TIC, and territorial development. This supports the understanding of territorial care- building as a woven fabric of knowledge and experiences that have been consolidated over the years in favor of territorial development. The systematization process revealed the articulation among the different research projects, forming a network of knowledge that has been symbolically woven to strengthen the territory. Over the years, women’s participation became a central axis—not only as recipients of knowledge but also as producers and disseminators of knowledge in a two-way exchange, representing institutional knowledge toward the community and community knowledge toward the institution. Institutional initiatives have contributed to the development of a care-based territory led by women, fostering the construction of social fabric. These initiatives create spaces for participation, listening, and reflection, where women can speak freely about their experiences and stories without fear of judgment. This encourages the creation of bonds and connections that endure over time and allows us to affirm that, through the Knitting Club and institutional research, we weave community.
