Creación de marca para productos procesados de panadería y pastelería distribuidos por la comercializadora DA+ en Villavicencio.
La comercializadora DA+, ubicada en Villavicencio, ha centrado su operación en la distribución de productos procesados, sin desarrollar una marca propia que represente su identidad empresarial, esta falta de estrategias de branding y diseño de marca le han generado desventajas. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo la creación de una marca exclusiva para DA+, con el fin de mejorar su competitividad en el sector minorista de Villavicencio. Para lograrlo, se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa, mediante un muestreo por conveniencia, en el cual se identificaron preferencias del consumidor aplicando la psicología de las marcas en la identidad visual, para generar las emociones correctas en el consumidor. En consonancia con lo anterior se diseñó un PROMPT con la ayuda de chat GPT, que sirvió de lineamiento para diseñar el boceto de la marca. A partir, de este boceto se desarrolló la identidad visual definitiva mediante el software CorelDraw; por otra parte, se realizó una revisión documental, para determinar los aspectos legales como lo son: disponibilidad, requisitos, restricciones y obligaciones para registrar la marca. Por último, se desarrolló un análisis financiero de la empresa en el mes de operación de abril del 2025, lo cual brindo un panorama claro de la rentabilidad mensual y los costos de su operación, determinando que la propuesta es viable mediante estrategias de implementación. La creación de la marca permitirá que DA+, conecte emocionalmente con el consumidor posicionando la empresa en el mercado, esta propuesta no solo beneficia a DA+, sino también al desarrollo económico de la región.
The retailer DA+, located in Villavicencio, has focused its operations on the distribution of processed products, without developing its own brand that represents its corporate identity; this lack of branding and brand design strategies has created disadvantages. The objective of this project is to create an exclusive brand for DA+ in order to improve its competitiveness in the retail sector in Villavicencio. To achieve this, quantitative research was carried out through convenience sampling, in which consumer preferences were identified by applying brand psychology to visual identity in order to generate the right emotions in the consumer. In line with the above, a PROMPT was designed with the help of GPT chat, which served as a guideline to design the brand sketch. From this sketch, the final visual identity was developed using CorelDraw software; on the other hand, a documentary review was carried out to determine the legal aspects such as: availability, requirements, restrictions and obligations to register the trademark. Finally, a financial analysis of the company in the month of operation of April 2025 was developed, which provided a clear picture of the monthly profitability and costs of its operation, determining that the proposal is viable through implementation strategies. The creation of the brand will allow DA+ to connect emotionally with the consumer, positioning the company in the market. This proposal not only benefits DA+, but also the economic development of the region.
