Propuesta de Innovación, un Sistema de Costos para Optimizar la Productividad en el Sector de la seguridad contra incendios

Abstract

Una de las grandes problemáticas que tiene los pequeños empresarios en su formulación y gestión de negocio, es no tener en cuenta los costos que, al principio, no son evidentes y que pueden desequilibrar el presupuesto; tienden a minimizar la importancia de identificar y administrar adecuadamente sus costos, centrándose únicamente en obtener utilidades. Sin embargo, desconocer los detalles de control que marcan la diferencia a la hora de alcanzar sus objetivos representa un riesgo común. Este trabajo se realiza con la intención de que la empresa Extintores Roytex que pertenece al sector de la seguridad contra incendios, evalué la implementación de un nuevo sistema de costos, de acuerdo con la propuesta de innovación que se sugiere en esta investigación, basándose en la metodología trabajada, donde se selecciona la población de estudio y los instrumentos que permitirán la recolección de datos para luego analizar la situación actual de los costos y gastos de producción y comercialización, con base en los estados financieros y/o reportes financieros suministrados por la empresa. Seguido a esto, se analizará los diferentes sistemas de costos que van acorde con la necesidad de la empresa y también se relacionan los diferentes conceptos de las NIC y las diferentes opciones de algunas ayudas tecnológicas que le facilitará el registro de sus operacionesOne of the major problems that small business owners face in their business formulation and management is not taking into account costs that are not evident at the beginning and can unbalance the budget; they tend to minimize the importance of properly identifying and managing their costs, focusing solely on generating profits.
