Abstract
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar los efectos ergonómicos
en la salud de docentes de primaria de un colegio de Madrid Cundinamarca, para el desarrollo
de esta se tomó una muestra de 7 docentes de nivel de primaria, aplicando en primer lugar una
encuesta de morbilidad sentida con el fin de conocer el perfil sociodemográfico de la muestra y
las molestias que actualmente presentan los docentes a nivel ergonómico, posterior a ello se
aplicó el método OWAS, aplicativo digital denominado Ergosoft para evaluar la carga postural;
se realizó la identificación de peligros y valoración de riesgo mediante la matriz GTC 45 para
determinar los riesgos de tipo biomecánico en las actividades de la labor docente.
De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación del método OWAS, donde se
evaluaron 10 posturas que realizan los docentes, se logró evidenciar que el riesgo más frecuente
está en la zona de la espalda debido a la manipulación de carga e higienes postural
