Análisis de las Causas, Impactos y Estrategias de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en una empresa privada en la ciudad de Barranquilla
La salud y seguridad en el trabajo, es hoy en día una de las disciplinas más importantes dentro una organización brindando a sus empleados un lugar importante dentro del sistema de protección, teniendo en cuenta la exposición diaria a diversos riesgos durante su trabajo así mismo se exhiben las situaciones potencialmente peligrosas por exceso de confianza o falta de conocimiento. Desde esta forma, la finalidad de las empresas es promover el bienestar físico, mental y social de sus miembros brindando así condiciones óptimas para su desarrollo. Este problema de investigación permitirá explorar las causas subyacentes de los accidentes laborales en la empresa, analizar su impacto en los trabajadores y en la operación de la empresa, y proponer soluciones efectivas para prevenir futuros accidentes y crear un entorno laboral más seguro. También minimiza el impacto en la sociedad de los directamente afectados, garantizar educación cultural e información adecuada sobre los riesgos expuestos no sólo en los puestos de trabajo, sino en la comunidad con el fin de que, de manera autónoma se identifiquen los peligros y posibles riesgos que afectan a la población en general, promoviendo la participación de la misma en la implementación de soluciones y aplicación de medidas correctivas.
Health and safety at work, is today one of the most important disciplines within an organization giving its employees an important place within the protection system, taking into account the daily exposure to various risks during their work as well as potentially dangerous situations are displayed by overconfidence or lack of knowledge. In this way, the purpose of companies is to promote the physical, mental and social well-being of their members, thus providing optimal conditions for their development. This research problem will explore the underlying causes of occupational accidents in the company, analyze their impact on workers and on the operation of the enterprise, and propose effective solutions to prevent future accidents and create a safer working environment. It also minimizes the impact on the society of those directly affected, ensuring cultural education and adequate information on the risks exposed not only in the workplaces, but in the community in order to autonomously identify the dangers and potential risks affecting the population as a whole, promoting the participation of the population in the implementation of solutions and the application of corrective measures
