Abstract
La pandemia ocasionada por el covid - 19 trajo consigo y de manera improvista el replanteamiento de metodologías antes utilizadas, cambios y transformaciones; ocasionando la generación de nuevas empresas o la finalización de muchas de ellas, por ende, las organizaciones posiblemente se vieron obligadas a reestructurar o establecer diferentes estrategias para afrontar lo que es ahora, la nueva realidad. El trabajo en casa fue una de las nuevas premisas que se debieron implementar con celeridad, sin tener en cuenta que algunas empresas no estaban preparadas o no contaban con los recursos necesarios para asumir tal contingencia y de qué manera iba a afectar los diferentes factores que constituyen al colaborador. A través de este estudio se identifican los principales factores que inciden en la motivación laboral de 12 colaboradores de la Agencia de Empleo de Medellín y valle de Aburrá Comfenalco Antioquia en la modalidad trabajo en casa en el año 2020.
The pandemic caused by the covid - 19 brought with it and unexpectedly the rethinking of previously used methodologies, changes and transformations; causing the generation of new companies or the termination of many of them, therefore, organizations were possibly forced to restructure or establish different strategies to face what is now, the new reality. Working at home was one of the new premises that had to be implemented quickly, without taking into account that some companies were not prepared or did not have the necessary resources to assume this contingency and how it would affect the different factors that constitute the collaborator. Through this study, it is identified, the main factors that affect the work motivation of 12 employees of the Employment Agency of Medellín and Valle de Aburrá Comfenalco Antioquia in the work-athome modality in the year 2020.
