Diagnóstico de la implementación de los planes de gerencia en proyectos de construcción públicos y privados en el departamento de Norte de Santander

Abstract

En los últimos años se ha observado un incremento en el desarrollo de proyectos de ingeniería civil de grande, mediana y pequeña envergadura, y con ello el creciente interés en la implementación de planes de gerencia en proyectos de infraestructura civil, es por ello que a través del presente trabajo se aportó al enriquecimiento del estado del arte respecto a la implementación de planes de gerencia en el departamento de Norte de Santander, mediante 32 encuestas y la revisión bibliográfica de los documentos contractuales de 17 proyectos de construcción en la zona nororiental del país se encontró una percepción positiva por parte de los profesionales del gremio ante la implementación de los planes de gerencia en sus proyectos, sin embargo se evidenció grandes falencias relacionadas tanto con la falta de capacitación y entrenamiento en la elaboración e implementación de dichos planes como por parte de las entidades contratantes en la planeación y formulación de los proyectos.In recent years there has been an increase in the development of big, medium and small-scale civil engineering projects, and with it the growing interest in the implementation of management plans in civil infrastructure projects, which is why through this work contributed to the enrichment of the state of the art about the implementation of management plans in the department of Norte de Santander, through 32 surveys and the bibliographic review of the contractual documents of 17 construction projects in the northeastern area of the country. found a positive perception on the part of the professionals of the union regarding the implementation of the management plans in their projects; however, major shortcomings were evident related to both the lack of training about the preparation and implementation of said plans and on the part of the contracting entities in the planning and formulation of the projects.
