Abstract
El presente proyecto busca formular un plan de negocios para una cervecería artesanal de alta calidad en el distrito de Barrancabermeja. Se realizará un estudio de mercado y, de este modo, analizar la demanda y la oferta local, identificando oportunidades y preferencias del consumidor. Además, se diseñará un estudio administrativo y legal que establezca la estructura organizacional y todo lo relacionado a los requisitos normativos.
Mediante la metodología de investigación descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo, y enfocando su análisis en consumidores y competidores de producción, consumo y posterior venta de cervecería artesanal local, fue necesaria la elaboración de encuestas y, mediante su tabulación, se realizó la identificación y comprensión de aspectos clave para el desarrollo del plan de negocio.
