Abstract
La investigación propuesta tuvo como objetivo el desarrollo de una metodología exhaustiva para evaluar los aspectos más relevantes del clima organizacional en el Sanatorio de Agua de Dios, Edificio Carrasquilla, enfocándose en su impacto sobre el desempeño laboral. Para ello, se implementó un instrumento de evaluación adaptado a las características específicas de la unidad de información y fundamentado en marcos teóricos ampliamente reconocidos. El análisis se llevó a cabo a partir de categorías clave como el respaldo institucional, el desarrollo laboral, la calidad de la comunicación interna, la percepción de remuneraciones y beneficios, la calidad de las relaciones laborales, la adecuación de la estructura física y la percepción de seguridad en el entorno laboral. Se contemplo la participación de un número significativo de servidores públicos, incluyendo a profesionales en formación académica equivalente, garantizando así una muestra representativa y diversa. Este enfoque permitió obtener una visión integral y detallada del clima organizacional dentro del Sanatorio. Los resultados que surgieron del análisis permitieron identificar tanto fortalezas como oportunidades de mejora en los aspectos laborales y organizacionales. Obteniendo la información como base para la implementación de estrategias que fortalezcan el bienestar de los empleados y, en consecuencia, la calidad del servicio prestado por la institución. En última instancia, el estudio busca contribuir al mejoramiento continuo de la gestión institucional, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo más eficiente, saludable y colaborativo.
The proposed research aims to develop a comprehensive methodology to evaluate the most relevant aspects of the organizational climate at the Sanatorio de Agua de Dios, Carrasquilla Building, with a specific focus on its impact on job performance. To achieve this, an evaluation instrument will be implemented, tailored to the specific characteristics of the information unit and grounded in widely recognized theoretical frameworks. The analysis will be conducted through key categories such as institutional support, professional development, the quality of internal communication, perceptions of compensation and benefits, the quality of labor relations, the adequacy of the physical workplace structure, and perceptions of occupational safety. The participation of a significant number of public servants is planned, including ___ professionals and ___ in equivalent academic training, thus ensuring a representative and diverse sample. This approach will enable a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the organizational climate within the Sanatorio. The results derived from the analysis are expected to identify both strengths and areas for improvement in labor and organizational aspects. This information is intended to serve as a foundation for the implementation of strategies that enhance employee well-being and, consequently, the quality of services provided by the institution. Ultimately, the study seeks to contribute to the continuous improvement of institutional management, promoting a more efficient, healthy, and collaborative work environment.
