Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar un análisis del Riesgo Biológico a través de la
elaboración de talleres para la Comercialización informal de alimentos Villavicencio 2024
El problema central detectado es el incorrecto uso de las medidas de bioseguridad en zonas
críticas como causas principales de exposición y transmisión de enfermedades por riesgo Biológico.
La metodología es la realizó la revisión documental de la literatura y de las recomendaciones
más relevantes y actualizadas de la literatura con enfoque cualitativo y tipo de estudio descriptivo,
donde los resultados serán la elaboración de un taller para para la divulgación e impacto del Riesgo
Biológico en la venta informal de alimento.
En conclusión, se debe hacer un análisis para evaluar los riesgos y hacer pedagogía para mitigar
o erradicar el riesgo de exposición al riesgo Biológico, in situ.

In conclusion, an analysis must be carried out to assess the risks and educate to mitigate or eradicate the risk of exposure to biological risk, in situ.
