Abstract
The project is based on research on the consumption of water in the sanitation of containers that are used in the meat preparation process in the ZENU Food Industry, and aims to analyze how, from the same processes, it can contribute to the reduction of the water resource. In addition by reducing the amount of these cocas in the enlistment. To achieve this objective, the methodology is to investigate how many containers are used for the preparation of production batches, and to be able to achieve a decrease in these elements, based on the information collected on enlistment times and what is the consumption of water in financial and measurement terms. Accompanied by the production area and all the players in the process, this new idea is speeded in order to receive recommendations or disadvantages that may arise with this new process and to be integrated to this change. With the results obtained from the measurement of the enlistment times and the real consumption of water that is consumed, we realize that the project is viable and great benefits are obtained for the production and supply areas, such as the saving of vinyl paper used to cover these cocas, the savings in the consumption of batteries of the transport equipment and in turn the storage capacity in the cellars is increased and the raw materials are delivered online to production avoiding delays to the mill process.
