Abstract
Determinar la presencia de los factores de riesgos psicosociales intralaborales, extra laborales y estrés laboral, en empleados de TECNIEQUIGAS INGENIERIA S.A.S. Los materiales y métodos para recopilar la información necesaria en empleados de TECNIEQUIGAS INGENIERIA S.A.S, tanto administrativos como operativos se utilizó la batería de riesgo psicosocial avalada por el ministerio a través de este aplicativo desarrollado en Excel, se logra ingresar de manera fácil y rápida la información registrada en los cuestionarios de la Batería para la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial según Res. 2646 de 2008, igualmente permite obtener todas las gráficas y tablas para realizar un adecuado análisis de la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial, contamos con el acompañamiento de un psicólogo especialista. Resultados: para el desarrollo del estudio se encuestaron 15 personas, tanto hombres, como mujeres, solteros y casados, con diferentes grados de escolaridad. En tal sentido, los resultados arrojados de esta investigación confirman una vez más la importancia del bienestar emocional y salud integral del capital humano como objetivo de las empresas, lo que ha generado profundas transformaciones orientadas a la prevención, detección e intervención de riesgos laborales y de la salud de los trabajadores, en miras a lograr el bienestar de cada individuo.

In this sense, the results of this research confirm once again the importance of the emotional well-being and integral health of 12 human capital as an objective of the companies, which has generated profound transformations oriented to the prevention, detection and intervention of occupational risks and the health of workers, in order to achieve the well-being of each individual. The research was carried out using mixed research methods, with qualitative and quantitative techniques, under a non-experimental design and the inductive method that will help us consolidate the information. The results are intended to identify the psychosocial risks that are the main cause of work stress, the levels and conditions of the task and activities carried out, its consequences and effects on the health of workers to develop mitigation strategies that will help prevent and treat the work stress of the company.

Identificar el riesgo psicosocial de los trabajadores de la empresa TECNIEQUIGAS INGENIERÍA S.A.S del año 2019 mediante la caracterización demográfica y socioeconómica y medición del nivel de exposición al riesgo psicosocial, para presentar propuestas de promoción y prevención.
