Abstract
Durante la transición de la industria a la era digital, es necesario una gestión eficiente y continua para la evolución y transformación de las empresas que se dedican a la construcción de obras de ingeniería a nivel nacional. Por ello, la implementación de nuevas técnicas de desarrollo que favorezcan la competitividad a nivel industrial. En esta investigación se realizó un análisis administrativo de una empresa de construcción nacional con características tradicionales, y se plantea un análisis a la estructura organizacional y características corporativas para poder plantear estrategias que faciliten la implementación de una metodología de desarrollo constructivo para proyectos de ingeniería civil, como es la metodología BIM. Se logró identificar factores y valores corporativos claves en la gestión organizacional y de su grupo de colaboradores que pueden ser determinantes en el éxito de la realización de nuevas técnicas de desarrollo. Se plantean las oportunidades de mejora y las nuevas actividades que son necesarias tener en cuenta en el cumplimiento a nivel administrativo, para una mejora continua y de esta manera fortalecer las competencias empresariales y a su vez, el portafolio empresarial.

Therefore, the need to implement new development techniques that favor competitiveness at the industrial level. In this research, an administrative analysis of a national construction company with traditional characteristics was carried out, and it is proposed to observe the organizational structure and corporate characteristics to propose strategies that facilitate the implementation of a construction development methodology for civil engineering projects, such as the BIM methodology. It was possible to identify key factors and corporate values in the organizational management and its group of collaborators that can be determinant in the success of the implementation of new development techniques. Opportunities for improvement and new activities that need to be considered in the compliance at the administrative level, for continuous improvement and thus strengthen the business competencies and in turn, the business portfolio
