Propuesta para la consolidación del área financiera de la empresa Sami Aroma Floristería en Bogotá D.C.

La gestión financiera es fundamental para la estabilidad y el crecimiento de las empresas, este estudio se enfoca en la empresa Sami Aroma Floristería, evaluando su gestión financiera y proponiendo mejoras. El objetivo general de la investigación es analizar y optimizar las prácticas financieras de la empresa para mejorar su rendimiento y sostenibilidad. Metodológicamente se utilizó un enfoque mixto, combinando análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos, incluyendo entrevistas y revisión de documentos financieros. Los resultados más importantes destacan la necesidad de mejorar el control de ingresos y gastos, la gestión del flujo de caja, y la optimización de precios y rentabilidad. Se observó que, aunque la emprendedora tiene un conocimiento básico de finanzas, existe un margen considerable para implementar herramientas más sofisticadas que permitan un control financiero más eficaz. Con una mejor gestión financiera Sami Aroma Floristería puede lograr un crecimiento más controlado y reducir riesgos financieros, contribuyendo significativamente al sector productivo y ofreciendo un modelo para otras pequeñas empresas.

The overall objective of the research is to analyze and optimize the company's financial practices to improve its performance and sustainability. Methodologically, a mixed approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, including interviews and review of financial documents. The most important results highlight the need to improve revenue and expense control, cash flow management, and price and profitability optimization. It was observed that, although the entrepreneur has a basic knowledge of finance, there is considerable scope for implementing more sophisticated tools for more effective financial control. With better financial management, Sami Aroma Floristería can achieve more controlled growth and reduce financial risks, making a significant contribution to the productive sector and providing a model for other small businesses.
