Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal evaluar el servicio de internet que brindan los proveedores en Guadalajara de Buga a sus clientes de la Zona Comercial y Turística en año 2021 respecto a la conexión de servicio de internet, investigación que llevará a conocer las inconformidades que presentan los clientes con el servicio que actualmente tienen contratado, como también conocer la manera que el proveedor brinda soluciones a los diferentes requerimientos o solicitudes que presentan los clientes. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se realizarán análisis de diversos contenidos donde se conozcan diferentes contextos acerca de la necesidad que hoy presenta este tipo de población, como también indagación por medio de encuestas, información que conducirá a obtener una base de datos que permita conocer el sector, las principales fallas que se presentan con los proveedores y de esta manera identificar como los proveedores del servicio satisfacen sus necesidades y dan solución a los diferentes inconvenientes que presentan con el servicio. Los resultados arrojados de este estudio serán de gran ayuda en cuanto a conocer las principales necesidades del sector.
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the internet service provided by providers in Guadalajara de Buga to their clients in the Commercial and Tourist Zone in the year 2021 with respect to the internet service connection, an investigation that will lead to know the disagreements they present clients with the service they currently have contracted, as well as knowing how the provider provides solutions to the different requirements or requests that clients present. To carry out this study, analyzes of various contents will be carried out where different contexts are known about the need that this type of population presents today, as well as inquiry through surveys, information that will lead to obtaining a database that allows knowing the sector, the main failures that arise with the providers and in this way identify how the service providers satisfy their needs and solve the different problems that they present with the service. The results obtained from this study will be of great help in terms of knowing the main needs of the sector.
