Abstract
Esta investigación expone de qué manera el lenguaje verbal incide en acciones de
violencia entre pares y así mismo se convierte en un elemento que permite la construcción de paz
dentro de aula, partiendo de la concepción del lenguaje como mitigador de agresiones,
transmisor de hechos y sentimientos y constructor de relaciones humanas. Finalmente, se
contempla la incorporación en el currículo de lengua Castellana, la estrategia de forjar lazos de
amistad desde la comunicación y el reconocimiento del otro con la intención de disminuir la
carga violenta en las expresiones de los estudiantes y así contribuir al no maltrato entre
compañeros de clase y el mejoramiento del ambiente escolar antecediendo a la formación de
aulas más pacíficas.
This article exposes how verbal language could minimize actions of violence between classmates and how it becomes an element that allows building peace within the classroom, by starting from the conception of language as a transmitter of facts and feelings and as a builder of human relationships. Finally, the strategy of forging bonds of friendship based on good communications skills and a recognition of others to reduce violence in student expressions is being considered by introducing it into the Spanish Language curriculum; this strategy aims to contribute to nonmistreatment among classmates and to improve a healthy school environment by creating more peaceful classrooms
