Abstract
Se llevó a cabo un proceso que partió desde la observación y recopilación de información, que permitió diseñar y aplicar una serie de estrategia didácticas para favorecer un mejor aprendizaje y conocimientos respecto a una adecuada ejecución del autocuidado además de reconocer su importancia y de esta manera evaluar de forma cualitativa los resultados obtenidos con la aplicación de las mismas, mediante un proceso de investigación – acción participativa.
Lo mencionado, permitió obtener resultados exitosos y aprendizajes significativos alcanzando los objetivos propuestos, identificando que los estudiantes, construyeron nuevos saberes respecto a las prácticas de autocuidado personal, permitiendo vivir diferentes experiencias, debido a que las actividades estaban diseñadas con hábitos fundamentales de su vida, inmersos en su cotidianeidad, lo que implicaba su ejecución de una manera constante facilitando que estos aprendizajes no solo fueran para el momento si no que trascendieran; logrando así que los cuidadores más propicias para esto.
