Abstract
This research and creation project is established within the "Siembra Transmedia" seedbed of the Minuto de Dios University (Calle 80 campus), with the purpose of being developed in the Ricaurte neighborhood, more precisely in the Alberto Gutiérrez Botero Public Library of the Ricaurte neighborhood in Bogotá. This is in conjunction with the support of the Servimos Social Foundation and the inter-university group of professors and researchers “Polifonías”, for the optimal development of the project. This neighborhood is a Bogotan territory recognized for its history and the diversity of its people, as well as for its numerous manufacturing and commercial businesses. The project is inspired by external projects from different countries. "Ricaurte LabCiudadano," a work of the Siembra Transmedia seedbed belonging to the Minuto De Dios University Corporation, under the leadership of professor and researcher Antonio Perez Rubio, proposes to co-create a Citizen Innovation Laboratory and the design of multiple transmedia communication strategies that seek to re-signify the identity of the neighborhood and the different problems experienced by its residents, regardless of their age and much less their social position. The project focuses on weaving an ecosystem of narratives that the community itself perceives and expresses. Data and learnings from the seedbed will be used, such as diagnostic analysis, observations, ethnographies, testimonies, surveys, and workshops, in addition to the principles of the LabCiudadano (co-creation, participation, good attitude, and perseverance towards objectives) and the realization of six workshops, each with different characteristics, which aim for integration, communication, social innovation
